On August 3rd, another warm and inspiring cooking class took place at Yevhen Chernukha’s Cookery School as part of the project “Oleina for Children: Cooking with Love.”
This time, our culinary family welcomed both new participants — children supported by the “Children of Heroes” foundation — and some familiar young chefs.
Together with Andriy Rybachenko, a professional chef at Yevhen Chernukha’s Cookery School, the children prepared vitello tonnato — tender and flavorful veal in a traditional sauce from Northern Italy — and orange polenta cake, a bright citrus dessert that wins hearts from the very first bite.
The workshop was held in a friendly and cheerful atmosphere — the kids eagerly learned new skills and enjoyed every moment of the cooking process.
