The delicious culinary adventure with Oleina for the Children of Heroes continues. On November 23, the foundation’s beneficiaries gathered once again to immerse themselves in a warm and inspiring atmosphere of gastronomic discoveries. Supporting them on this journey were true experts – the chefs of Yevhen Chernukha’s Cookery School, long-standing partners of the project “Oleina – for children. Cooking with Love.”
This time, the menu featured restaurant-quality dishes that can easily be recreated in a home kitchen. During the masterclass, participants learned how to prepare a creamy spinach soup with delicate salmon quenelles to achieve a smooth, velvety texture; a chicken terrine with Japanese mayonnaise – a dish that helps master molding skills and modern culinary techniques; and a gourmet salad with raspberry dressing, cured duck breast, and crunchy croutons.
A separate, traditional part of the workshop was plating: young chefs practiced arranging and decorating dishes so they look appetizing and professionally styled even at home.
