A Summer-Flavored Culinary Adventure

The “Oleina – for Children. Cooking with Love” once again brought together young aspiring chefs – the children supported by the Children of Heroes Charitable Foundation – to offer them another warm culinary journey.

On November 16, the participants of the master class received a task that may seem simple yet carried special meaning on a gray autumn day: to prepare dishes that evoke the feeling of summer. Those worm days filled with freedom, joy, and sunshine. Guiding them through this experience were the skilled chefs of Yevhen Chernukha’s Cookery School. In this creative atmosphere the children seem to rediscover a world where aromas can shape emotions and bring back the warmest memories.

Together they prepared tasteful seafood risotto, cherry filo pie, herb-marinated mackerel, and a berry mojito.

The dishes turned out truly professional – flavorful, fresh, and full of “summer” energy. Everyone felt it: the children, their families, and our team. Each young cook brought home not only the treats they made themselves, but also moments of joy and a sense of their own new possibilities.
