Children Cooked Peking Duck and Chocolate Mousse at an “Oleina” Masterclass

On August 16, a culinary masterclass was held at Yevhen Chernukha’s Cookery School as part of the social project “Oleina for Children. Cooking with Love.”

Young participants — children supported by the Children of Heroes Foundation — joined the chef in learning new cooking techniques and preparing two exquisite dishes: quick Peking duck and chocolate mousse infused with thyme and served with madeleine cookies.

In a warm and friendly atmosphere, the children practiced elegant plating, discovered their talents, and truly enjoyed the creative process.
