On July 12, 2025, another vibrant culinary masterclass took place as part of the “Oleina – for Children. Cooking with Love” project, specially designed for the beneficiaries of the “Children of Heroes” charitable foundation.
Together with professional chefs from the Cookery School of Yevhen Chernukha, the young cooks embarked on a gastronomic journey to France and the USA, where they learned to prepare two special dishes. The participants cooked flavorful Boeuf Bourguignon and the legendary Red Velvet cake, which each child decorated by hand.
During the class, the children learned to work with meat and dough, discovered the secrets of refined cooking, and expanded their culinary horizons. Most importantly, they experienced joy, support, and inspiration throughout the process.
The “Oleina – for Children. Cooking with Love” project has been running for over a year now. Its mission goes beyond teaching practical skills — it aims to provide emotional support, stability, and warmth to children who have experienced loss due to the war.
