From Gratin to a French Dessert: Children of the Children of Heroes Foundation Explore Summer Flavours at an Oleina Cooking Masterclass

On June 7, another cooking masterclass took place as part of the charitable project “Oleina for Children. Cooking with Love”, which the brand implements together with the Children of Heroes Charitable Foundation.

Under the guidance of a professional chef from Yevhen Chernukha Culinary School Oleg Okhrimenko, participants developed new cooking skills and prepared dishes that showcased the diversity of seasonal ingredients and exciting flavour combinations.

The masterclass menu featured roasted pepper gratin with feta and basil, baked fish with gremolata, a modern Mille-Feuille with Diplomat cream, and a berry-cucumber lemonade.

During the masterclass, the children not only learned how to work with different ingredients and kitchen tools but also discovered new culinary techniques while developing creativity, independence, and confidence in their own abilities.
