Master class from chef Dmytro Radchenko

On June 15, the second master class with professional chef Dmytro Radchenko was held in the Miele kitchen (Kyiv) as part of the project “Oleina – for children. We cook with love.”
At the master class, the children prepared trendy and practical street-food dishes: a chicken burger, cole slaw salad, and lemonade.
During the master class, experienced psychologist Valeriya Radchenko worked with the children, helping the young masters to open up and switch to a wave of creativity and positivity.
Dmytro Radchenko is a professional chef with over 20 years of work experience, and currently he is the appointed “brand” chef of many establishments in Kyiv and other cities of Ukraine. One of the famous establishments where Dmytro has been working since 2011 is the equestrian family club, restaurant-hotel “Dergachov”. There, the chef constantly conducts cooking workshops for children.
Dmytro Radchenko is the winner of many Ukrainian and international competitions and culinary championships.
