Oleina Brought Young Chefs a Summer Full of Flavors and Emotions

The project “Oleina for Children. Cooking with Love” continues to create unforgettable gastronomic experiences for the beneficiaries of the “Children of Heroes” foundation. This time, young chefs took part in a summer master class held on July 27 at Yevhen Chernukha’s Cookery School in Kyiv.

The participants embarked on a journey into the world of bright flavors. The children cooked trout with suluguni cheese and nuts, as well as a classic Italian dessert – cannoli with mascarpone and chocolate, which became the highlight of the class.

Guided by professional chefs, the kids learned how to work with fish, prepare perfect fillings, shape desserts, and decorate their dishes. The master class gave the participants not only new culinary skills but also warm emotions, new friends, and inspiration to create at home.

“It was my child’s first experience at a class like this, and now they’re already asking to buy ingredients to recreate these dishes at home,” shared the mother of one of the participants.

“A flavorful summer continues! Our project is about love for cooking and the little joys that bring families together,” the organizers emphasized.
