Oleina Masterclass: Young Chefs Conquered Georgian Cuisine

On June 22, as part of the project “Oleina – For Children. Cooking with Love,” a bright culinary masterclass took place for young chefs. This time, children – participants supported by the Children of Heroes Foundation – embarked on an exciting culinary journey to the land of mountains, hospitality, and aromatic spices. The menu featured Georgian delicacies that inspired creativity: khinkali and a vegetable salad with walnut sauce.

During the masterclass, the children learned how to work with dough, shape khinkali, and create delicious combinations of vegetables and nuts. Most importantly, they gained lots of positive emotions, practical skills and new experiences!

The event was held in the cozy premises of the Yevhen Chernukha School.
