The First Winter Masterclass by “Oleina”

The social project “Oleina – For Children. Cooking with Love” continues to flourish. On December 6, a new culinary masterclass took place at the Yevhen Chernukha Cookery School for children supported by the “Children of Heroes” Foundation. As always, the event brought together curious young chefs who love to cook and are eager to gain new knowledge in the culinary world. The event united the children in a cozy, heart-warming atmosphere. Under the guidance of experienced chef Oleh Okhrimenko, the participants created dishes that looked and tasted just like those served in a high-quality restaurant.
The masterclass menu included:
- Belgian waffle with poached egg and orange sauce – a crispy base with a delicate texture and a bright citrus accent
- Braised beef cheeks in wine glaze with caramelized potatoes – a rich, complex dish with restaurant-style presentation
- Salad with baba ghanoush and chicken – creaminess, light spiciness, and a balanced combination of flavors
- “Mango-Cucumber” cocktail – a refreshing drink with an unexpected blend of fruits and vegetables
The first winter masterclass became a wonderful start to the festive season and a reminder that a good mood can be created right in your own kitchen.
