A New Season of Culinary Discoveries with Oleina Has Started

On October 11, the first masterclass of the new season took place as part of the project “Oleina – to Children. Cooking with Love.” This time, we introduced a new theme to the participants from the Children of Heroes Foundation — Smart Home Cooking.
What is Smart Home Cooking? It’s about cooking that combines simple techniques, accessible ingredients, and meal ideas that look restaurant-worthy yet are easy to prepare at home.
During the class, children together with the chef of the Yevhen Chernukha Culinary School mastered new cooking skills, prepared exquisite dishes, and spent time in a warm atmosphere filled with creativity and joy.
The menu of the first masterclass featured bright and delicious dishes: Minestrone Soup with Pesto Sauce, italian Meatballs Polpettewith Marinara Sauce, poultry Ravioli with Creamy Cheese Sauce, “Duchess” lemonade.
One of the mothers of the participants shared her impressions:
“These masterclasses are especially valuable for my son now, as the weather turns gloomier. Cooking brings him positive emotions, he comes home inspired and recreates the dishes he learned in the class in our own kitchen. When the house is filled with the aroma of something new, I already know it’s my son experimenting with the recipes he brought back from the masterclass”.
The project “Oleina – to Children. Cooking with Love” continues to open the world of cooking to children, bringing them joy, inspiration, and a love for preparing food.
