A new season of culinary meetups for the beneficiaries of the Children of Heroes Foundation has launched

In 2026, the project “Oleina – for Children. Cooking with Love” launched a new season of culinary masterclasses for the beneficiaries of the Children of Heroes Foundation. After a short break, the project team and young participants came together again at the Cookery School of Yevhen Chernukha for the first warm gathering of the year.
Together with the chefs, the participants prepared several dishes: savory cottage cheese pancakes with Parmesan, ravioli with caramelized mushrooms and beef, a strawberry–basil chia trifle, and a signature drink “Sunflower” based on yellow lemonade with orange, honey, and chamomile.
During the masterclass, the children not only learned new cooking techniques but also connected with one another, shared their stories, and spent time together in a supportive atmosphere. These gatherings traditionally become a space for warmth, trust, and emotional recovery.
The project “Oleina – for Children. Cooking with Love” continues to bring children and adults together around shared moments where not only the dishes matter, but also the feeling of care and support.
