Festive Mood and Culinary Delights: A Recap of the “Oleina for Children. Cooking with Love” Masterclass

On April 19, as part of the “Oleina for Children. Cooking with Love” project, a heartwarming Easter-themed cooking masterclass took place for young chefs – wards of the “Children of Heroes” foundation. The event was held in a cozy and festive atmosphere at the Culinary School of Yevhen Chernukha.

Together with experienced chefs, the participants prepared two delicious Easter masterpieces:

Easter Craffin with Raisins – a warm, fluffy pastry whose aroma brought the comforting feeling of home

Chicken Caesar Salad (Sous vide) – a refined and balanced dish worthy of a restaurant menu

The children learned new culinary techniques, discovered the secrets to perfect dough, and picked up clever cooking hacks that could impress even adults.
The masterclass offered not only useful skills but also a burst of positive emotions, inspiration, and bright memories just in time for the Easter holiday.
