Flavors of the World in One Kitchen: Oleina Hosts a Culinary Masterclass for the Children of Heroes Foundation

26.04.2026

On April 26, the team of the “Oleina – for Children. Cooking with Love” project once again brought participants together at the Culinary School of Yevhen Chernukha for another masterclass held in partnership with the Children of Heroes Foundation.

Together with the chefs, young participants worked with recipes inspired by different cuisines of the world. In particular, the menu featured dishes from Tex-Mex, Italian, and Brazilian cuisines: fajitas with beef and guacamole, pasta with smoked fish, basil, and tomatoes, potato salad with herbs and Italian ham, Brazilian lemonade with condensed milk.

During the session, the children prepared the dishes themselves, learned how to work with ingredients, and received practical guidance from the chefs.

Caregivers shared their feedback after the masterclass:“Thank you so much for the opportunity to attend such events! It’s truly a great alternative to gadgets, which are so hard to take teenagers away from.”“Thank you for the new experience! We even tried fajitas. As always, it was both delicious and educational.”

The project continues its series of regular culinary meetings for the beneficiaries of the Children of Heroes Foundation, creating opportunities for skill development and meaningful shared time.
