Master class "The art of Asian cuisine" with Dmytro Radchenko

The summer culinary journey continues. On Saturday, July 20, the fourth master class of the project “Oleina – for children. Cooking with love” was held. As last time, the wards of the “Children of Heroes” Fund learned to cook under the guidance of Dmytro Radchenko, a professional chef.
During the master class, its participants learned the techniques and culinary tricks of Asian cuisine. For the first course, the young chefs made Thai-style glass noodles with turkey and vegetables, for the second – a mini-assortment of Korean-style skewers of chicken, pork and shrimp with spicy flavors, in sesame and with chili sauce. For dessert, the wards of the foundation baked Thai cookies with predictions.
