"Oleina – For Children. Cooking with Love" Masterclass: Young Chefs Embraced the Flavors of European Cuisine!

The “Oleina – For Children. Cooking with Love” project once again brought together young culinary enthusiasts – wards of the “Children of Heroes” foundation – for a delicious and inspiring event! This time, the participants explored the world of European gastronomy and mastered the preparation of two authentic culinary masterpieces.
Together with the chefs from the Yevhen Chernukha Culinary School, the children learned how to cook:
- Chicken Fricassee – a tender French stew in a creamy sauce with aromatic spices;
- Crème Brulee – the legendary dessert with a crispy caramelized top.
The masterclass was held in a cozy and inspiring atmosphere. The young participants gained new knowledge, discovered fascinating culinary facts, and deepened their love for cooking.
