On April 19, another masterclass took place at the Culinary School of Yevhen Chernukha as part of the “Oleina – for Children. Cooking with Love” project, implemented in partnership with the Children of Heroes Foundation.
This time, together with the chefs, participants explored simple yet creative ingredient combinations that make it easy to prepare delicious meals at home.
The masterclass menu included: oatmeal with scrambled eggs, salmon, and Parmesan, vegetable pancakes with prosciutto, baked chicken with sweet lemon served with mashed potatoes and chives, sugar-free apple lemonade.
Young participants – both regular attendees and newcomers – learned new cooking techniques and discovered interesting flavor combinations. One of the favorite parts of each masterclass is the opportunity for everyone to take home the dishes they prepared themselves. In addition, all children received certificates confirming their participation in the workshop.
