The Masterclass on Traditional Ukrainian Cuisine Took Place

On March 23, a new workshop took place at Yevhen Chernukha’s Culinary School as part of the ‘Oleina – For Children. Cooking with Love’ project. This time, young chefs embarked on an exciting journey into the world of Ukrainian culinary traditions under the guidance of professional chef Andrii Rybachenko.

The workshop menu included: Ukrainian borscht – rich, aromatic, with love for traditions, Lviv Cheese Cake – a delicate dessert that wins hearts.

During the workshop, children learned about the history of these dishes, the secrets to achieving perfect flavors, and useful cooking tips. The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm, inspiration, and love for Ukrainian cuisine!
