Young chefs learned to cook new dishes of Ukrainian cuisine

On March 30, 2025, as part of the project “Oleina – for children. Cooking with love”, another culinary master class was held, at which the wards of the Children of Heroes Foundation for the second time since the beginning of the year plunged into the world of traditional Ukrainian cuisine.

Under the guidance of the experienced chef of the Yevgeny Chernukha Culinary School Andriy Rybachenko, the children learned to cook two famous dishes: Kyiv-style cutlet and banosh.

At the master class, the children not only gained new culinary skills, but also heard interesting stories about the origin of these dishes and the secrets of their preparation.
