3,000 families from the front-line regions of Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Mykolaiv regions received basic goods and food that does not require long-term preparation in April-May 2023. These humanitarian kits were created by the “Vostok SOS” Charitable Foundation with the funds donated by Bunge, the manufacturer of “Oleina” products in Ukraine.

Many households in the frontline regions have harsh living conditions due to constant shelling by the Russian Federation, lack of electricity supply, humanitarian crisis, etc. People cannot find work and continue their normal lives.

Kits with humanitarian aid contain the essentials to take care of the family: hygiene products, ready-to-eat foods, as well as quick-cooking foods (canned foods, muesli, oil, high-energy cookies, canned vegetables, pâtés, dried fruits, bread, chocolate, etc.). Such a set will be useful for the whole family. “Vostok SOS” is trying to purchase products for the kits from local entrepreneurs, and thus support local business in wartime conditions.
