Freshly baked croissant with ham, cheese and greens, Niçoise salad with crab sticks, crispy croutons and spicy dressing, and for dessert – meringue. This was the menu of the fifth master class within the project “Oleina – for children. Cooking with love”, which took place on August 3 in the Miele kitchen space. Together with Dmytro Radchenko, the wards of the “Children of Heroes” fund learned the skills of French cuisine. It was France that became the new country for the gastronomic journey of young chefs. Children learned how to expertly twist the dough into croissants, work with pastry bags while creating meringue and combine various components into a delicious ensemble of flavors of a traditional French salad.
