On September 28, the seventh master class of the project “Oleina for Children. Cooking with Love” project. This time, the wards of the Children of Heroes Foundation, together with professional chef Dmytro Radchenko, plunged into the secrets of traditional Georgian cuisine. The space of the Miele kitchen, where the master class took place, was filled with the aromas of tarragon and basil, from which the tonic traditional Georgian “Tarhun” was born in a short time. For the first course, the young chefs learned how to cook a spicy and warming kharcho soup. What is Georgian cuisine without khachapuri? The participants liked the process of making this traditional tasty pastry with cheese and egg yolk the most – everyone created their own fragrant “boats” and took them home to treat their families.
