Taste of Italy: the 12th culinary masterclass by "Oleina" took place

On February 15, as part of the “Oleina – for Children. Cooking with Love” project, an exciting culinary masterclass dedicated to Italian cuisine took place. Young chefs – children supported by the “Children of Heroes” Foundation – gatheredat Yevhen Chernukha’s Culinary School to master the preparation of two legendary dishes under the guidance of professional chef Olena Kirichkova: Caprese salad with pesto mousse and balsamic pearls, Pasta Carbonara – just like in authentic Italian restaurants.
The participants not only learned the proper cooking techniques but also discovered fascinating facts about the origins of the dishes and useful tips from the chefs. After several hours of inspired work, everyone had the chance to enjoy their homemade culinary masterpieces and share their impressions.
